Overview of the Event
The Department of CSE (Cyber Security), under the KRYPTEIA Cyber Security Club, organized a 5-Day Practical Hands-on Bootcamp on “Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) – Level 2,” followed by a One-Day Hackathon, in association with Supraja Technologies.
The bootcamp was conducted from 17th to 20th August 2026, followed by the Hackathon on 21st August 2026 at T-1 & T-2. The programme was designed to provide students with practical exposure to industry-standard cybersecurity tools, methodologies, and real-world penetration testing techniques.
The training covered Web Application Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessment, OWASP Top 10, Bug Bounty Hunting, Security Testing, and Penetration Testing Report Writing. The sessions included hands-on laboratory activities and live demonstrations to help students apply cybersecurity concepts in practical scenarios. Participants who successfully completed the programme were eligible to receive a Supraja Technologies Certified Security Expert (Level-2) certificate.
